Locality: United States, Colorado, Park, Several miles north of the town of Jefferson via county roads 35 & 37 to Deadman Gulch SE to east of Jefferson Hill.

Habitat: In a wet meadow with shrubby cinquefoil and Castilleja sulphurea.
Reproductive Condition: Flr
Occurrence Remarks: Single-stem, erect perennials, 1 to 1.5 ft. high. Locally scattered to common. 7.5' Jefferson quad.
