Other records reference the Painter Hereford Ranch that I think is the Painter Ranch on the map northeast of Roggen. I did locate a Cervi Hereford Ranch at Stoneham, Colorado. I placed the point just east of the Painter Ranch. RA; Georeferenced 23 June 20

Machaeranthera canescens (Pursh) A. Gray det. D. Clark, 18 January 2013 (characteristics of M. bigelovii present) Original ID as Machaeranthera. Plants very robust, single-stemmed, with ascending floral branches in upper half. Involucres large, with many rows of phyllaries.
