Tetraneuris acaulis (Pursh) Greene var. caespitosa A. Nelson, det. Mark W. Bierner, 2003. Originally identified as Hymenoxys acaulis var. caespitosa. All grown from achenes in the lab at 16°C under a 16-hour photoperiod. Note intrapopulation variability.
