Georeference Remarks: I plotted the UTM along a two track at Devils Creek southeast of Piedra. I do not exactly follow where the record is pointing there are no trails on either the FS map or on topo, so I increased the CV to 5. RA

Elevation: 2194 meters Verbatim Elevation: 7200 ft, 2194 m

Habitat: Between oaks, and Cercocarpus in loose dirt.

Reproductive Condition: Flr & Frt

Notes: Originally identified Aulospermum betheli Osterhout. Det. by E.B. Payson. Note on sheet: "A. purpureum (Wats.) C. & R. fide Mathias monograph".
