I am not sure how to narrow the location of this point further, there is no trail explicitly named Mandall Lakes trail, but the Pack Trail does surround the lakes and lead to what I would assume is the Flattops escarpment in T1N R87W sec 35; Ana
Subalpine, in spruce forest.
