Georeference Remarks: I located the lake using K. R. Johnsons 1941 paper (https://www.jstor.org/stable/1929616 p.311). It is an unmarked lake between Rabbit Ears Pass and Muddy Pass on the north side of the road. I placed the point on the east slope on the shore of the lake. R

Elevation: 2713 meters Verbatim Elevation: 8900 ft

Habitat: Lakeside shrub zone; sandy humus soil; E. exposure; abundant; sun; height 4-5 feet.
