Habitat:
East facing slope about about 20-30 ft above Green River and adjacent to dirt road.
Description:
Shrub about 1.5 m tall; leaves glabrous on upper surface; branches slightly pruinose below somewhat glaucous; leaves, young stems yellow-green.
