I plotted the UTM at the expanded collector provided UTM on the Park County side of the saddle between Rough and Tumbling Creek and Fourmile Creek just east of the trail. RA

Dry meadow grading into Salix brachycarpa willow carr at edge of Picea engelmannii forest on bordering slopes; thin Carex foenea turf community in gravelly to fine soil, with Polemonium viscosum, Micranthes rhomboidea, Rydbergia grandiflora, Artemisia....; Common near timberline.
Flr
Foliage bluish; flowers bright yellow. Common near timberline. 7.5' Harvard Lakes quad. Precambrian quartz monzonite, adamellite, quartz substrate.
