Habitat: Open shallowly sloping meadow bisected by shallow gully, bounded by mixed forest of Populus tremuloides-Pinus contorta-Picea engelmannii with scattered Pinus aristata on edges; dominants include Fragaria virginiana ssp. glauca, Astragalus alpinus....

Reproductive Condition: Flr

Notes: Petals yellow; common & variable in meadows with much leaf variation. 7.5' Jones Hill quad. Holocene & Pleistocene solifluction debris of andesite & granite.
