Locality: United States, Colorado, Boulder, Upper valley of Middle St. Vrain Creek, ca. 2½ miles west of Highway 72. Small meadow along trail, north side of creek, ca. 1½ miles west of Camp Dick Campground.

Elevation: 2752 meters Verbatim Elevation: 9030 ft

Habitat: Small meadow along trail. Occurs with much more common Potentilla pulcherrima.

Reproductive Condition: Frt

Notes: Note the sparse fine glandular hairs on lower leaflet midribs and calyxes. The P. pulcherrima fruiting stems are less mature (more green).
