Habitat: Steep northwest-facing talus slope with scattered Ribes montigenum and Salix brachycarpa, bordered at base by fast-flowing rocky stream; surrounding forest of Picea pungens and Pinus aristata. Uncommon in old road bed at top of talus slope.
