Locality: United States, Colorado, Boulder, Roosevelt National Forest, Raymond Quadrangle, Ceran St. Vrain Trail. N40° 07' 36" W105° 26' 32" (WGS84) 8300 ft. alt. South St. Vrain Creek canyon, bordered by steep slopes and granitic cliffs. ESE-exposure. Open lodgepole pine, Douglas-Fir, Engelmann spruce forest.
Elevation: 2530 meters
Verbatim Elevation: 8300 ft.
Habitat: Open lodgepole pine, Douglas-Fir, Engelmann spruce forest. Growing among the stems of a low, open specimen of Juniperus communis. Numerous other populations were found in the area.
