I located the lake using K. R. Johnsons 1941 paper (https://www.jstor.org/stable/1929616 p.311). It is an unmarked lake between Rabbit Ears Pass and Muddy Pass on the north side of the road. I placed the point on the north slope along shore of the lake. R

Height 3 feet. Publication by K.R. Johnson says Little Columbine Lake is in Jackson County, but lake cannot be found on map.
