I plotted the UTM above the Roadside Park at 10500 ft. I don't see a campground. RA

In old subalpine burn area replanted with Pinus muryana. On bench on open slopes above campground, in dry sandy loam. Assn: Trisetum spicatum, Poa alpina, Agropyron trachycaulum, Taraxacum officinale, Phleum alpinum ..... This pop. limited in extant, very patchy the patches common in the meadows. This pop. having pubescent lemmas throughout. Original ID: Poa epilis.
