I placed the point halfway between Rio Blanco and Rock School in the given valley and uncertainty extends to both points. MS 3/29/22.
Habitat:
Abundant on shale slopes just up stream from Rock School.

Notes:
Contrary to common understanding, this plant is definitely rhizomatous along the margins of the tufts!
