Habitat:
Gravelly alpine tundra. W-facing slope. Infrequent, only 5 plants seen in bloom. With Mertensia lanceolata, Trifolium dasyphyllum, Draba aurea, Lloydia serotina, Acomastylis rossii.

Notes:
Flora of the Buffalo Peaks Wilderness Area and Vicinity. Flowers pale yellow. Oroboreal-European distribution. USGS 7.5' Harvard Lakes Quad.
