I located the lake using K. R. Johnsons 1941 paper (https://www.jstor.org/stable/1929616 p.311). It is an unmarked lake between Rabbit Ears Pass and Muddy Pass on the north side of the road. I placed the point on the west slope the lake. RA; Georeferenced
Plantago tweedyi, Det. by, W.A. Weber, 1975. Original ID: Plantago eripoda. Original label says Routt County, but K. Richard Johnson's published paper (1939) says Little Columbine Lake is in Jackson County. Lake cannot be found on map.
