There are several roads out of Golden that eventually lead to Squaw Pass Road. I placed the point along Squaw Pass Road along the 10,000 ft contour line. RA; Georeferenced 06 December 2016

Very steep slope, NW exposure. Associated species: Picea engelmannii, Pinus contorta (most abundant), and Pseudotsuga menziesii.
Veg
Habit: 3 trunks, narrow crown, sparse foliage. Hgt. 17 ft., DBH 8, 6½, 6 in., bark reddish gray, somewhat rugose, scaly. Very few new or old cones.
