Fairly steep slope, E exposure. Associated species: Pinus ponderosa, Pseudotsuga menziesii, Populus tremuloides.
Veg
Habit: Straight, moderately wide crown. Hgt. 40 ft., DBH 9½ in., bark dark gray below, silvery above, not very rough. One cones and a few from last year visible, but no new crop.
