Locality: United States, Colorado, Conejos, Rio Grande National Forest. South of La Manga Pass, west of Highway 17, along Grouse Creek.
Habitat: Near spring fed outlets along Grouse Creek.
Substrate: Organic soil over mineral soil.
Associated Species: Growing with Salix planifolia, Salix wolfii, and Carex aquatilis.
Description: Shrubs about 3 feet tall; Mature leaves with male.
