Habitat: Krummholz area. Good soil with rocks. N aspect, <5° slope. Pedicularis racemosa, Senecio crassulus, Angelica grayi, Erigeron peregrinus, Picea engelmannii. Common.

Notes: Rush, gone to seed, hgt. 1'. Flora of the Neota Wilderness.
