Notes:
Branched widely, basal leaves withered. Petals white, 10, 10 mm long. No staminodia. Originally identified as Nuttallia speciosa (Osterhout) Greene ssp. leucopetala Thompson & Zavortink ined. Duplicate: accession number 402731.
