I plotted the UTM in the NW 1/4 of section 30 to the south of the reservoir at 4930 ft. Peck Creek is to the south of here but the UTM is west of an unnammed creek. RA

Shale Barrens open PJ woodland w/ Frankenia jamesii, Artemisia bigelovii, Oryzopsis hymenoides, Lesquerella, Eriogonum, Bolophyta tetraneuris. Shale terraces w/ swales in between. Shale in thin layers, decomposing to fine pieces w/ underlying shaly loam. Scattered but common.
