Habitat: Common on rocky roadsides, in area of scattered lodgepole pine.
Reproductive Condition: Flr
Occurrence Remarks: Old, perennial rootstalk; plants with up to 30 stems; corolla small, white, with slightly spreading lobes. Original ID as Phacelia heterophylla ssp. heterophylla aff. P. hastata. Tetraploid, n=22.
