I placed the point north of the highway ~7 miles east of the GNIS point for Montrose and along an unnammed gulch. RA; Georeferenced 4 April 2019
Habitat:
Very rare, in north facing gulch, with scattered pinon, gypsum hills; locally abundant, forming dense mats 1 foot across.
