Georeference Remarks: I placed the point along the road 2.6 miles south of the Arikaree River crossing near the Beecher Island Battleground site. RA; Georeferenced 03 May 2017
Elevation: 1180 meters

Habitat: Small stand on road right-of-way on gentle north-facing slope. Only on west side of the road.
Reproductive Condition: Flr
Occurrence Remarks: Plants evidently cleaned out by cattle inside fence, and threatened by grass-cutters and sprays outside. None left at the site north of Wray, probably soon extinct in Colorado.
