On well developed tundra solifluction lobes below ridge; with Thalictrum alpinum, Acomastylis rossii, Carex albonigra, C. scopulorum, C. arapahoensis, Hirculus platysepala, Potentilla subjuga; locally abundant & widespread in damp areas. Substrate of Tertiary andesite.
