Granitic substrate, in gravelly soil of flat lying fellfied community with sparse sedge and grass clumps and Draba streptocarpa, Oreoxis humilis, Artemisia scopulorum, Erigeron vetensis, Carex rupestris, Pontentilla subjuga; occasional locally.
