Large mesic meadow bounded by open forest of Pinus aristata and Populus tremuloides; open site with mixed vegetation including Orthocarpus luteus, Valeriana edulis, Erigeron flagellaris. Common locally, widespread in rocky sites. Holocene & Pleistocene solifluction debris of andesite & granite.
