I put the point in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the TRS given about 2mi SSW of Towaoc, S of the road that runs between Towaoc, CO and Aneth, UT (according to mapquest this is called Indian Route 201) at 5685ft.

On small hills S of road, Mancos shale overlain by pediment gravel, with Atriplex confertifolia, Chrysothamnus greenei, Eriogonum clavellatum, Seriphidium tridentatum.
