I plotted the UTM 4 miles east of Gypsum Gap along Gypsum Creek. I increased the CV to 5 due to the vagueness of the locality. RA
On shales, hilltop, with Chaenactis scaposa.

Cryptantha nitida (Greene), after Oreocarya nitida Greene, det. R. Sivinski, 1986. Corona yellow, 2-3mm. long; tube not greatly exceeding calyx. Originally identified as Cryptantha fulvocanescens.
