Locality: United States, Colorado, Costilla, Roughly three-fourths mile south by southwest from Old State Bridge Gaging Station. Within one-eigth mile, and on east side, of Rio Grande River. Between cable crossing and G Road.

Verbatim Elevation: 7500 ft
Habitat: Associated mostly with the roadside. Shrubland dominated area. With Chrysothamnus sp., Chondrosum gracile, Seriphidium vaseyanum. Roughly 50 plants observed.

Occurrence Remarks: Colorado Natural Heritage Program. USGS Quadrangle: Kiowa Hill. Flower color: white.
